Fun stuff... yeah not really.

Croup: –noun Pathology.:any condition of the larynx or trachea characterized by a hoarse cough and difficult breathing.
{Begin complaining}
In other words... a royal pain in the Beep.
My son had a rough night last night, he was coughing all night and wheezing. So, off to the doctor we go today. He has croup. He is totally fine during the day, unless he starts crying. Then he starts coughing, then crying harder. It's an endless cycle.
I feel bad for him, and I'm so glad he's not running a fever.
It seems like my kids are always freakin getting sick. I swear I don't throw them out in the cold with no coats on or anything. I just don't get it! Since Noodle started school, there has been one thing after another, and it sucks.

POM Wonderful Review

 {About}
POM Wonderful is a global brand committed to innovation and wellness. We grow and market pomegranates and pomegranate-based products that are healthy, honest and essential to the well-being of humankind.

I had been hearing so much buzz surrounding POM, when they contacted us, I was excited. I had been looking for a new juice to try for me and Moochie. I get tired of Apple juice after a while, plus it's not all that healthy for you in large quantities.

POM's commitment:
  • Using the latest drip-irrigation technologies in our orchards to minimize use of one of California’s scarcest resources – water.
  • Making productive use of every single part of the pomegranate. What’s left over is used as cattle feed – no landfills for us!
  • Manufacturing our bottles right next to our filling plant, which means no wasteful transportation of air-filled bottles.
  • Employing an intelligent routing system to ensure our products travel the fewest miles possible to reach store shelves.
  • LEED Silver certified corporate offices in Los Angeles, CA.

POM Wonderful Pomegranate juice has more anti-oxidant power than: wine, grape, cherry, acai, cranberry, orange and apple juice and green tea!
So besides the health facts, what about taste? Coming from one of the pickiest household families, I think it's safe to say it tastes wonderful! My husband 14 month old, and I loved it, and I knew it was something that was healthy, and nutritious for us all. Their site also features some awesome looking recipes.

The next time you're at the store and searching for something new and nutritious, pick up a bottle of POM, you'll love it!

I received samples free of charge to review, this is not a paid post and opinions are my own.

Moochie Update-Potty Training!

Gosh things have been so busy these last few weeks, I feel like I haven't posted anything personal! I am writing this post from the comfort of my bed, and in less than 15 minutes I will be asleep without having to get up...why? I finally got my laptop Friday! I am so in love. It's great, and it was only $450. Laptops are cheap now! Anyways, we bought Moochie a potty today. She's only 14 months, but I figure what's the hurt? Can't hurt to explore and get her used to the idea. I can't wait until we don't have to buy diapers anymore. Oh wait, that's right, I'm crazy and want to try to conceive another in June. That saga will never end. Okay edit: I don't want to have 2 kids in diapers. Yeah, that's better! Her potty is pink and has a little comfy cushion on it. It's so cute. Perfect potty for a princess. I wish I had a pink potty when I was 14 months old. :( The stuff they come out with now. She didn't seem interested in it except for putting her head in it. Yep, that's my daughter. I'm posting a review and a new giveaway tomorrow, and I'm also going to extend the Baby Star Giveaway another day. Tuesday and Wednesday I'm going to be busy searching for a new car and getting some other errands done, so mom2anutball will be your guide until Thursday! If you're wondering what my other errands are; it's kind of embarrassing. I have to take my drivers test again: FAIL!

A recent change in rules for giveaways has made it to where we can no longer offer becoming our fan as an extra entry, as some of you were wondering. These rules are listed on Facebook's Rules/Regulations page. Some blogs are not following this rule, and it's completely up to them, but we choose to be safe by following all rules listed. Thanks everyone!
